APPOINTMENTS ARE CLOSED UNTIL AFTER OUR UPCOMING MOVE. We expect to re-open appointments the second week of July. 

Walk-in drop-offs are accepted for small drops offs if and ONLY if items are:

  1. Above a size 3X (VERY limited intake. Preference for natural fibre fabrics)
  2. Slow fashion (any size)
  3. Vintage (preference for above 2X)


Please make sure you do a couple things before booking:

1. Complete a consignment contract BEFORE booking an appointment. If you completed your contract BEFORE March 18 - we need you to agree to the revised terms (we changed the % split).

If you are bringing less than 15 items - you can also try a walk-in. We may or may not accept walk-ins depending on our capacity that day.


When you come for a drop-off, make sure your items are in a bag / container that can stay and that each bag or bin is clearly marked with your first and last name (let us know if you want it returned or WE WILL KEEP IT)

You'll need to stick around for the assessment (but not too close - it's awkward for us - go have a browse or grab a coffee and come back in 5-15 minutes). Or we can text you if you want to go around the block. 

(If we are super slammed -we might ask you to leave it and we'll assess it later - so it's important your name is on all bags or bins - and if you want them back, please make sure to tell us or we'll assume they are donated to our cause).
