Consignment info

If you want to consign with us - you’ll need to review and agree to our process.

  • Complete the contract on this page (scroll, scroll to the bottom)
  • Always check what we’re looking (and not looking for) on wish list in the FAQs.
  • If you have LOTS of stuff - see our FAQs and message us.
  • Watch for the next steps email after contract compltion (it might land in your junk mail). 
  • If this all feels like too much, there are no rules for donations. For consignments we gotta work together :)

When you come for a drop-off, make sure your items are in a bag / container that can stay and that each bag or bin is clearly marked with your first and last name.

Here's what you can expect when you arrive:

  1. Walk to the back of the store to the workbench - that's our consignment intake area (just in front of the change rooms)
  2. We'll take your labelled (with your full name) re-useable bag or bin that have your neatly folded, freshly laundered (scent free detergent please) clothes.
  3. Do NOT put your items in a garbage bag or other soft plastic bag. 
  4. Next, we'll do a quick assessment. Plan to stick around for the assessment - browse in the shop for 10-20 minutes (varies depending on capacity) 
  5. If we are slammed - we might ask you to leave it and we'll assess it later - so it's important your name is on all bags or bins - and if you want them back, please make sure to tell us or we'll assume they are a donation. If the wait is longer, we can text you when the assessment is complete
  6. We'll share what we're keeping and what we're sending home. Usually we send things home because: 
    • We are full in that style / size 
    • They don't sell well
    • Too much wear and/or tear
    • Pet hair / smell 

Pay-outs are by etransfer or store credit only. No cash, no cheques. If you request an etransfer payout for under $50 and you still have items available for sale there is a $1.50 convenience charge. 

Don't have time to prep your items or follow the guidelines? Consider donating instead! If you have things you don't want to go to the thrift shop, but you don't have time to clean them - message us. Well grateful accept them as a donation and we will launder and repair as necessary.
